Is There Hope in the Shadow of Black Women?
I think we have to believe marginalized communities. When we don't believe that marginalized communities know more about what is broken in the world, we miss the opportunity for change. I feel like the number one question i got during the uprisings following george floyd were, so, so are you hopeful now? And jus me rigt, like a million black people, anti races, educators, tat that question. But am i hopeful that this is the energy that we're all going to have moving forward? Probably not. You understand because too often whiteness just needs a hint of a reason to not be on the side of black lives....
