Training Carbohydrates

The most important thing is to discern between tolerance and absorption. I'm thinking that by eating a lot of carbohydrates on the bike or during the run, we will train the body a to be able to absorb more carbohydrates from the intestines into the bloodstrep. And i think what weare actually doing is building the tolerance for carbohydrates because the gut doesn't really discern between exercise time and rest. But thereis not a lot of evidence in this. We can certainly improve the tolerance to carbohydrate, if that maye us.
