What Constitutes a Mass Shooting?

I'd like to know what constitutes a mash shooting, and why the media is so selective in giving coverage. And then if you want to talk about guns, we could start with a bipartisan agreement right away. That would just mean any convicted felon, let's say, within the last five years who has a weapon should not be allowed to have a weapon. i think that wouldn't stop the latest shooting, but it would stop a lot of the mass shootings in the inner cities. But i don't believe that the left is sincere about gun control because when you know, there's six or 700 people killed in chicago,. People are picked up all the time that are felons in possession
