The Benefits of Grounding for Sleep

I think when it comes to sleep you have to do the work it's like meditating. Most of us will sleep much better if we actually just simply put an effort to it and make the lifestyle changes that we should be making in the first place. As I wrap up this podcast I wanted to show the study on grounding and sleep. The cortisol graphs are perhaps the most striking all of the 12 females cortisol rhythms over 24 hours overlaid. But after grounding there's a clear pattern towards synchronization of this morning cortisol awakening spike. And what is going on here but I think grounding could certainly help with sleep and potentially with jet lag as well, but I will keep you guys both.
