Gun Registration

i don't think the gun registration question implicates that if a government is on able to look at a list and work out where the 400 million guns in circulation are, then it can't take them away. i would support strict penalties of that sort in every state in the union. I mean, 15 yearold not allowed a gun. We're not talking here about an adult. The idea that you could leave a gun lying around and then that you would not be held culpable for your child taking it to school and shooting people, to me, is absolutely absurd.
