I think we all believe that the COVID was a one and done. We had this big event, it forced us to figure out how to work from home. And I don't think that we're into the new normal yet. But even things like chat, GPT, completely change what work looks like. Think of applying that in a chat bot or an automated phone system. You know, already it's at the point where it can give us more intelligent feedback than I'm getting from many of the support lines I call.
