The company that i think does this incredibly well am is amazon. They've taken a very human centre approach, even though they're often viewed as like the data company,. It's extraordinarily human centric. Look at how they dealt with their holefoods acquisition, duing pandemic. The way they did pick up in delivery service. Ah, i think probably ingratiated a lot of customers when that became super important to have contact list delivery.
