How Short and Determined Impacts a Big Calling Range

Chris: I agree with this board containing a flush draw that's going to make up a decent percentage of his range. Andy asks, how does being very short and determined impact a big calling range? Chris: Do we call with marginal hands knowing we're getting a great price so we can realize our equity fairly well? Or are we playing more shovel or fo because even the one big blind call is a big percentage of our stack? What are your thoughts on this?
