I Don't Really Talk to People for the First Two Weeks
We're spending about 16,000 a month on food alone. I made sure that everybody is an example of what it is that we are doing for customers. We provided meals for everybody from day one. My assistant wanted to be a pilot and said he didn't need to do it; so I told him: "Go get that license here's the pilot school lesson" Now there's 60 something people at our company.
