Learning Is a Form of Learning

In the usual decision theory, frankark says that what you learn is which states exist. But there are many ways to frame these things, as if we had learned as but didn't change our values or preferences. So i would be usually tempted to think in terms of some more basic set of intrinsic values and then learning more facts that are moren conducive to helping me achieve those values.
