What Was the Flash Quick Freezing Process?
In the 1920s there were a number of freezing machines that had been invented generally with conveyor belts. And he built a machine with plates that were frozen in a conveyor belt. He did this in Gloucester, Massachusetts which is the oldest fishing port in the US. There wasn't a great market for frozen food, because everybody thought it was awful. Marjorie Post sailed around her yacht fighting local called Food Companies to buy them. That's how she found Bird's Eye. But I really, a crikey Well, we won't hold that against her. Or maybe we will.
