What's the Complexity of the Central Nervous System?
We've got more connections in the central nervous system than there are stars in our galaxy. One neuron can receive 10,000 other neurons. Not all neurons will either fire off or not fire off. They'lleither fire off or be inhibited from firing off. We should just say from an action potential standpoint, it's just an all or nothing phenomenon.
