Is There a Niche in Commercial Real Estate?

I like commercial real estate. I threw out an L.A.Y. in a building here in Vegas that I think is kind of cool. There's so many startups that want 1,000 to 1,200 square feet. They're all on eBay doing their thing, but they've outgrown their front living room. It's very, very good at the moment, but you just got to get the right build in. You can buy an existing building and put self storage depots inside. And if you can do indoors storage, it's obviously the value so much higher. Oh, you put a manager in and all that sort of thing. Yeah. So there is a big
