Does Prayer Really Make a Difference?

If God can't think of the people when we talk about prayer and God can actually give us into being with situations, then it wouldn't be possible. But in terms of the logical version at least, as long as we have this distinct between possibility and feasibility, it's going to show that this atheistic version of the problem is just invalid, it's not going to work. Is God suffering so? Well, I'm going to have to draw the questions here more tightly because we're getting so far off the track.
