The Complexity of Managing a Team of 100 Engineers

I've heard that serverless is just, you know, to protect the technical thing from junior developers and not let them work. We're still on stage now where 100 is a pretty, to some level, what's a target. So our staff is really like, we have a lot of QA engineers as well. There's a wide variety of staff beyond just Python. But I think that we have enough kind of specialized roles that are still enough autonomy in there,. That it's not like a management nightmare.We don't have tears and tears.
