Is There a Way Out of Anxiety?
i felt like i was alit every time i did talk to you, which wasn't all the time. When i have on, iht, when i was going through whatever i was gone through, i go inward sometimes feople with anxiety, it comes out and erone talking. It's blurting ts this at that. For me, t was more inward. I had af moments like there's, there'd be bouds of normalcy, and then, and i think a letter is down there with that sort of fall that tumble into you anxiety. But i just can't seem to find my way out of it.
