The Hawkishness of the Fed's No Move

I thought it was much more sort of hawkish than I was expecting, given that it was a obviously no move. So rich, how can you say that it's hawkish if they're not going to raise rates? He said the biggest upside risk is that services prices inflation should be stickier than projected. And then he said, that inflation will take longer to get back or said inflation will take a while to get back to target. No, of course, doesn't matter. I just think it's cool. That's all.
