China, Russia, and Iran - Trilateral Cooperation in the Middle East

I don't see the Chinese voting record at the UN Security Council is to support Russia. I think it's to support what China wants to achieve. It's unclear exactly if there's going to be a lot made good on the kind of pledges that are in that agreement. The other factor that always complicates the Iran dynamic, of course, is China has much tighter relations actually with the GCC countries.
