Is ESG Profitable?
The Biden rule prior to this, and of course it's been vetoed, was that you could be essentially sued for not trying to maximize profit for the people who. In what happened was there were a couple of outlier years when text talks would be filed under certain ESG requirement because they said they were carbon neutral or something like this. The second that text stocks started taking a bit of a beating, that they're only kind of a skate patch closed for them. There's otherwise, who'd look at what happened in the past three years to the great horror and complaint of so many people in Washington?
