What's the Best Certification to Get?

A lot of people ask me what's the best certification to get. But i always say, ten times out of ten, rather some one get an internship than a certification. And it doesn't mean that certifications are bad, but very few of them who are actually great coaches. I would weigh rather you spend your time on the gim floor in turning,. spending some of your time picking up, cleaning the floors, taking the trash out, organizing the weights. That combination of things is really going to lead to you becoming a better coach overtime.
