Introduction
Eating more protein is likely to help you lose more weight, according to new research. The researchers compared a high protein diet to a calorie restricted diet and the method of intermittent fasting known as five two. All three groups saw changes to their weight and lost fat but simply eating more protein was more effective than trying to cut calories or fasting two days per week. In other words, it was a simple change that could be easily made into a habit.
