I find it the school effect. Do you remember when you were at school? I don't know why do more people not have that attitude of, I'm going to give it a go. The little hybrid we've got right now, which maybe didn't exist a couple of decades ago, is what we call the entrepreneur. If you want to sort of take risk, but not too much, go and work for someone who is an entrepreneur. Get a half decent job on a half decent wage, but you're working with someone who might want to do that one day. You're almost like learning earning at the same time.
