Creating a Smorgasbord
Get a felt board. Next to every single thing, one article suggested getting out colored pencils or crayons or using a color code system to show your interest in a category. If you're in a polycule or with close friends or something like that, have them fill it out for themselves and then compare just to talk about it. And there's also many different ways that you can choose to express your interest in each category.
