The Eccentricity of Germans

I'm not surprised that a quarter of people would believe this. The guy who walks around in Bristol walking his ferret on a little lead. It's cute, but weird. Can I just also say, and any German listeners will attest to this as well, Germans are pretty eccentric too. And again, we embrace eccentricness. Like he had a man with no front, but instead he's just walking backwards. He's just trying something new.
