The way puttin governs russia, he thinks that he snaps his fingers and everybody falls in line. But interestingly, say you're a regional oligarch and ukraine, and let's say you're interested in money. And i guess puten has assumed, or tried to cultivate, a sense of a russian military might, a little bit of grievance. I don't know how much ethnic nationalism comes into play, but what's his particular version of nationalism? Yes.
