If you have high openness to experience score, you can get into that absorption of looking at yourself. People can do this for 10 minutes or longer. It's important to stay grounded and feeling your physical body as well as your breathing. Some people can do this and start to hallucinate. They steer a hole into them into the mirror and they almost start to get in. And yes, I've had some great reports of people who claim to have morphed into all these different creatures and stuff which is very interesting in and of itself.
