The Big Thing About Private Equity?

You worked in private equity for quite a long time. What kept you motivated? Was there anything else that really allowed you to feel motivated in doing those sort of hundred hour weeks for so long, when just around the corner there was something that was so different that you really loved? The big things for me were always like learning. I love learning. And i constantly felt like i was scrambling to figure things out and learn. It was never going to be my life's work but it was an incredible set of experiences where i learned a ton.
