The Importance of Funding Upstream Work for the CMDIC

Clayton: Finding organizations that are funding the work upstream is really it's great and refreshing. I'm excited about all of the improvements to the graphics drivers for the GPU used in the CMDIC. So from a like completely selfish perspective I'm really excited about that one because I get the benefit from it pretty much directly which is really nice. And so yeah I agree with Clayton, although they are sponsoring work to improve this in deck their ultimate goal is to improve the Linux desktop in order to be a reference gaming platform and that's important.
