What Do You Think About Labelling?

Current law around labelling already says that labels cannot be false or misleading. A labels that are especially prescriptive probably run foul of the first amendment jurisprudence around commercial speech. So i'm working with industry to figure out what makes the most sense from the vantage of consumers. Im seems like its ably going to be the best course of action. And it's definitely our impression that that is how fda and us v a are already thinking about labelling. So er, we're pretty optimistic about that.
