Is There a Vision for the Season One of the North Star?

There was definitely a vision for the whole show in terms of how much we're adhering to that it's changing as you actually hit a season. Was a plan for more than the four seasons that have been announced so you know when writers pitch and sell a show they have a vision not just for the first season but for the entirety of the show.
