Can James Webb See the Hobble Space Telescope?

The hobble space telescope is designed to always be looking away from the sun, the earth and the moon. If it was to look in the direction of the earth to try and see the hobble space Telescope, it would also be looking at the sun,. And it would have to, like it could damage the telescope. I think it would be an amazing idea to see a fully reusable eight meter space telescope, which is just one of the things that theoretically m starship would be able to do so. Kent link letter. Can james webb see hobble? I love this question.
