Do You Remember the Names?
You just write the first letters of each name so I've seen that in the words discipline, Simon. And Katie kermot they put the first letters. So you make a mental note. And then you say it out loud. It helps me after to remember to remember it. Yes, I do it and this really helped me to because I can see that when I'm trying to think about names too strongly after of course the other ones I lost them a bit. When I do it like it's really more fresh. Okay.
