You Will Not Make Chips, Right?
In the age of AI, this is even more true because AI can take you unerringly to your target as long as you have good chips. And so China was stealing all our chip technology. America said, no, no, this is not gonna happen. So we did export controls. If you're one of the Chinese companies that we put on our, on our list, right, then we can't sell you chips. This is just Chinese business culture.
