In your course, you talk about creative collaboration. Can you provide us with some practical tips on how we can be more creative in our collaboration? Sure. One of the things we work on in my course is understanding your tendencies. So all of us have were exist along some continuum of either wanting to seize control or wanting to avoid control. And so what we do is we we affirm what the person gave us, and then we build directly on that idea.
