If your team really own something, you'll disagree and commit. When they suggest something that you don't like, you'll push back. But ultimately, if they go, i've listened to you. I've totally taken your fee back on board. If it doesn't work out, you don't throw em under the bust in saying, see, i told you so, and i've lost faith in you. There still is the opportunity for the manager to take the bullets for they gave ownership.
