The case is brought by multiple organizations and states who are suing the federal government. But the named plaintiff is NFIB, the National Federation of Independent Businesses. This non-partisan organization has a political action committee called the Save America's Free Enterprise Trust. A bunch of them like Rand Paul and Paul Gossar were endorsed by the Tea Party movement.
