Octavian's Strategy
Anthony III thinks he has a good chance at winning the war. He gathers his forces and moves them westward to near the demarcation line of the two empires in northwestern Greece, and what is now southern Albania. Why doesn't invade Italy we don't know. It may be because he's decided it's too politically incorrect to invade the Queen of Egypt and tow. The invasion never comes off.
