Is W. Sheld a Neutralizing Antibody Therapy?

I got an email today from a clinical immunologist in Germany who has patients, children with inborn errors of immunology. He says he's trying to get people to do plaque assays, but nobody wants to do a plaque assay. So I'm trying to hook them up with them because that's the experiment to do. See if there's any infectious virus there.
