Is Africa Going to Be a Cold Flower Flower Plant?

US and Europe emissions are either stabilizing or declining in the past 20 years. I think China and India still go up quite a bit. And of course, you know, as Africa develops, it will be absolutely we want we want that to happen in Africa. You don't want anti nuclear side of environmentalism preventing economic development in Africa. That's a terrible idea.
