Is the ECB More Unified Than It Was in 2008?
ECB president: We are currently in the face of normalizing interest rates. That means taking them to neutral, but nobody knows with any level of precision where neutral is. He says we need at least two more significant hikes before we sort of enter range of plausible estimates for neutral. In this crisis right now is the ECB more unified than it was in 2008," he adds.
