Some people can almost get too good at that skill of learning to put their emotions aside, or learning how to play through the pain. So i would encourage those people to think like, have you ever been at a dully and found yourself snapping at the sandwich person? And then only when you hear yourself snap your like, oh, damn. I guess i'm a little irritable to day ray. It also helps people to be able to put words on what they're feeling, which i think is big one.
