How to Deal With Anxiety and Sex
The anxious person when faced with the fallout wants more than ever because sex is equal to validation. Sex alleviates that fear of rejection or that feeling of rejection that has kind of infected the relationship. Both people need a level of awareness and willingness to be vulnerable about this, she says.
