What's Your Take on Teacher Assessment?
I think schools are still in that position where they're not quite sure what to do. There's a fear and sadly, the focus of data in schools is still very much on accountability. I've not spoken to a single-head teacher of a school that has been inspected that said, oh, yeah, they looked at our data. They it's there. And then everything just gets distorted out of shape. So there's no point collecting it in the first place.
