understanding is not the same thing as knowledge. To understand something, for example, when you understand how the engine in your car works, that's a different thing than just factual knowledge. Understand ing is actually one of these things that we take totally for granted, yet we're using it all the time throughout life. By the end of this episode, you're still not going to and what understanding is, but you'll be a little bit closer.
