Is There a Need for Bandwith Sensitivity Policies?

Economics is the study of how people use resources and respond to incentives. Scarcity actually changes the brain and activates the migdola, which is the centre of fear. In scarcity, we experience this band with tax, where we become ex exhausted. And then we're more likely to act out on an impulse or a temptation when we're in a state of scarcity. If you are experienced scarcity, mine shat individually. How can you invite some band with sensitivity policies with you within your own mentality? Eh?
