The biggest things that I look at in the Divergent Report is the reappointment rate and the case acceptance. If you guys don't have a reactivation program, it should be something like a letter, postcard, phone call or some special offer to re-engage. Some sort of reactivation campaign because just because somebody hasn't come into your practice for 18 months in one day, that does not mean they're mad at you necessarily. They count as an attrition patient.
