The Quantified Self Movement

i wrote my undergraduate thesis about the quantified self movement, if you've heard of that. I sort of wish i had written it this year, a, because it's gotten so much better. We have to constantly using our rationality to like, keep the body in check and obcessively amass numbers on it to make sure that it's like, inline. Andwe like being good, productive capitalists all the time, that most we can possibly be. E, it comes out of very specific historical ideas that are not part of human nature, if that even a thing, and are not, er, inevitable, you know.
