Hugh Grant plays this over the top villain, who sounds like he would have a pesticide called seven. The key ingredient was something called methyl isocyanate (MIC), which is an unspeakably deadly gas at room temperatures. MIC functions similarly to Phosgene gas, the deadliest poison gas of the First World War. So they're making bug poison out of this unspeakable deadly poison gas.
