How to Build Confidence After a Setback
Stress strains a lot of energy and your confidence is lacking you've had a huge setback. Just keep consistent by doing maybe something 15 or 20 minutes a day in terms of exercise for example. If you do a load of sales calls for example I'm just thinking from someone in that area. So choose wisely you'll know energetically who to talk to in your life as well so that's the third point I'll add.
