I think what I would like to see more focus on is on human beings and operators and the structure of a team things like Conway's law have been pretty obvious for people for a long period of time. Any decisions that are made with the fancy tooling that you might or might not want to have in the end always comes down to a human being possibly a junior employee who doesn't really know what's going on. How do you build a system such that operators who are tired maybe at three in the morning don't have to spend six hours babysitting it to health? What could be done by someone with very little expertise once you have a bug that is entirely unexpected stuff how do you go
